What makes this property unique: spectacular mountain and rainforest views from the terrace and outdoor areas; a private pool with a wooden deck and sun loungers; large, colorful gardens with trails and tropical flowers; a spacious two-story house with air-conditioned bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a terrace with bar seating; a hand-painted tropical mural unique to this stay; and secure on-site parking.
Location: a short drive from La Fortuna Waterfall, Arenal Volcano National Park, hot springs, Lake Arenal, and local restaurants and supermarkets.
Guests have private access to the entire property: full house, pool, gardens, terrace, social areas, and on-site parking – nothing is shared. Check-in is simple and independent; the host is available for any questions during the stay.
The property is surrounded by nature – at night, insects may be attracted to the lights, so keeping doors and windows closed is recommended.

Wat een geweldige plek. Wat een rust. Het overdekte balkon is de hemel om vogels te spotten. We zagen kolibries, toekans en vele andere mooie vogels. Het uitzicht naar de heuvels is ongekend mooi. Het huis heeft alles wat je wensen wilt. En de douches, zo heerlijk, warm water! We verbleven hier een week en zouden zo weer terug gaan. De host reageerde snel op mijn berichtjes en is erg behulpzaam.

The most beautiful house every detail was absolutely stunning. We have two small kids, 8 and 3, and they loved it too! This place is really special and my family will remember it forever! We hope to be back.

Helpful ReviewLa maison est située à 30 minutes de La Fortuna, la route se fait très bien en voiture.
C’était propre et l’hôte répond très vite aux messages. Nous avions besoin d’un briquet pour le bbq au charbon et il nous l’a apporté en moins de 10 minutes!
Chambres et lits confortables, nous avons apprécié qu’il y ait 2 douches, la configuration de la maison est parfaite! Très très belle maison!!

La distribución con dos duchas realmente hace que el espacio sea ideal para grupos o familias grandes, y estamos felices de que lo hayan valorado. Esperamos verlos de nuevo por acá en otra visita a la zona de La Fortuna.

This place is a gem… amazing views, everything was better that I could have imagine. The best Airbnb I have ever stayed. They thought about everything my family and I could need and like to experience. The outside area was wonderful, the pictures don’t do justice to how special this place really is. Host was very thoughtful, responsive and friendly. This place is MAGICAL!!!!!

Gabriel was very accommodating with our schedule change. I would highly recommend staying here. location is approx 10 minutes to the nearest market. much more local as compared to La Fortuna.

Are stay was amazing, I went with a family of 5 and we all fit so comfortably. The AC in the rooms was a treat from the humidity of outside. The upstairs balcony views were so beautiful and we loved being in nature in a more peaceful and quiet area! The kitchen had more than enough equipment for us to use to cook with. The bathrooms were clean and had a nice light up mirror which was a treat. I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are booking this house in order to get to more local areas since it is called top of the hill and a little further from main things but that’s what makes it such a tranquil and beautiful atmosphere. The outside of the house was wonderful and my family enjoyed spending time looking at the garden or in the upstairs deck!

Pendant que les enfants sautaient dans la piscine et jouaient sur les balançoires nous avons pu observer toutes sortes d’oiseaux et des toucans et entendre les bruits de la forêt tropicale toute proche.
