Cancellation policy
Your online payment secures your spot with the operator. If you need to cancel, or can't confirm at least 7 days before the start, contact the operator directly — otherwise your spot may be released to another traveler.
The Roots & Routes reservation fee is non-refundable unless the operator cancels.
You must bring your order number or QR code to check in and pay the operator on the day of the experience.
